Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. The 20% deposit secures your reservation and the staffing, bottles, and area held for your party.

Rescheduling. Need to change your date? Contact us at least 48 hours before your reservation and we'll move your deposit to a new date, subject to availability.

No-shows. Reservations not claimed within the arrival window are released, and the deposit is forfeited.

Weather. Mango Deck operates rain or shine. In the rare event we close for safety, we'll reschedule your reservation or issue a credit.
