Reservation & Deposit Terms

1. The deposit
When you reserve a table, cabana, or open-bar bracelets online, you pay a deposit equal to 20% of your package value. This deposit confirms and holds your reservation. The remaining balance is paid in person at the venue on the day of your visit, by card or cash.
2. What the price covers
Package prices are quoted per guest in US dollars and reflect the demo build. Bottle-service packages include one premium bottle per four guests, a reserved area, a dedicated server, and mixers. Open-bar packages include the wristband and unlimited listed drinks for the stated duration.
3. Arrival & minimums
Reservations are held for your party size and selected date. Minimum guest counts apply to VIP and group packages. Please arrive within your reservation window; late arrivals may forfeit prime placement on busy days.
4. Age & ID
Guests must be 18 or older to consume alcohol in Mexico. Valid photo ID is required at the door for all open-bar and bottle-service guests.
5. Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove guests for unsafe or disruptive behavior, without refund of the deposit or balance.
6. Changes
Reschedule requests are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may adjust packages, pricing, and availability; your confirmed reservation honors the terms quoted at checkout.
